Job Description

Responsible for all functions / duties assigned or performed by junior staff according to
their Job descriptions.

To handle the affairs pertaining to the Government sectors.
Monitoring supply of Furniture & Equipment directly through vendors after getting site
supervisors demand.

To handle P.O. Audit and its findings compliance
Persuading and making correspondence with Administration Division for seeking
approvals and payments of various matters.

Arranging payments of vendors from Administration Division and Finance Division
To approve staff leaves and to maintain leave and attendance record
Facilitating and providing feedback on any assignment given / assigned by HOD
Administration regarding any kind of administrative matter related to the bank.

Job Specification

To maintain good relation with all relevant Government departments.

Checking and processing of requirements of existing & new branches & CERs for approvals.

To participate in Kick off meetings of new upcoming branches.

Processing of expenses approval from the competent authority.

To keep close collaboration with Zonal Heads and P.O. Administration Division Karachi in order to achieve desired goals.

Any other assignment given by Head of Administration Division, P.O. Karachi.
