Job Description
Responsible for writing and publishing Web content; maintaining and updating Web pages/blogs; monitoring and responding to user-contributed website content; and participating in social media efforts for the company. Due to the digital nature of the work, required to know basic design fundamentals and be familiar with digital content management systems and also expected to communicate effectively with clients, meet strict deadlines, follow editorial guidelines from different clients.
Writes and posts content online; maintains company Web pages and blog(s)
Proven experience in social media content and taglines.
Helps develop & document procedures to manage Web content
Knowledge of storytelling, whitepapers and other core content related things.
Moderates content as it is contributed to the website by external sources
Helps plan and implement social marketing campaigns for specific marketing goals
Monitors social media outlets and responds on topics related to company/industry
Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends
Coordinate content creation & publishing of company newsletters (internal or external)

Skills and Abilities:
Working closely alongside the Editorial and Creative Manager to develop and implement effective marketing campaignsfor clients across a wide range of industries – including travel, fashion, automotive, insurance, food and finance
Keep up-to-date on SEO best practices and work with clients to implement these into their content.
Act as a source of Content Marketing subject matter expertise for internal teams and clients.
Impeccable spelling and grammar
Strong creative writing,researching and editing skills
Knowledge ofsocial media platforms, and the uses ofsocial for marketing
Ability to adapt style and tone of voice to suit a range of different clients and industries
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsto liaise both with both colleagues and clients
Ability to work to strict deadlines and campaign schedules.
