5+/6 years of experience required.

. Minimum Bachelors in IT (Computer Science, Telecom degree) is a MUST from a reputed university will be a definite plus.

. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written both).

. Should be able to interact well with the clients and the product development / implementation team.

. Should be able to interact with multiple teams/ Department, each headed by a team lead / department head.

. Preferably should have good Technical background in Telecommunications and Telephony Solutions.

. Understanding of data and security products would be an added advantage.

. Knowing "customer touch points" and "channel management" for Telephony parts / ICT would be a definite plus.
