The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Build new relationships with prospective clients
Outreach to potential companies/clients to be on their panel
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
Prior sales experience with a leading hospital mandatory
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Microsoft Excel experience is preferred
Optional but preferred
Strong sales background of 5+ years of experience within hospital sales and an existing clientele
Strong computer skills includng Microsoft Office and CRM
Preference will be given to candidates who can drive and have a personal transport medium
Previous sales experience with a reputed healthcare organization is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years experience preferred.
