Job Description
Responsibility will include but not limited to:
Organizing and utilizing healthcare data and submit to insurances and government authorities on a timely basis.
Ensuring the quality of the raw data prepared and submitted meets, at a minimum, the various requirements of all the entities involved in the network.
Work with the healthcare quality team to ensure the accuracy of structured data and used to create HEDIS data spreadsheets.
Monitor and devise action plans to address healthcare data that is rejected or prepared for insurances or in any way.
Work on health data improvement, claims and other operational entities to ensure the accuracy of HEDIS data.
Ensure spreadsheet are accurately mapped with desired structure data and is submitted in timely and accurate manner.
Proactively seek out opportunities to improve and participate in quality programs/ initiative offered by US healthcare system.
Perform any other job related instructions, as requested
Job Specification
A strong hands-on expertise to utilize Microsoft Office Suite 2007 – 2010 (Especially Microsoft Excel).
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (IELTS optional).
Excellent analytical skills.
