Team Lead Engineering (Auto Parts Sector)

Develop or revise maintenance schedules after detailed analysis of work shop processes and take approval from Head Strategic Operations

Responsible to plan and ensure the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance activities of electrical and mechanical, systems after the approval of Head Strategic Operations.

Ensure optimum operations of equipment at floor

Conduct daily meeting with Maintenance Engineer to discuss progressive reports and give further directions on mechanical activities

Ensure quality repair of electrical equipment at floor

Implement the usage of tools to plan all preventive maintenance activities for structured management

Ensure that the In-charge dyes and mold shop develops mold development and maintenance schedules and follow these schedules regularly.

Keep reports up to date in order to meet routine and emergencies requirements

Review all documents received from designers/consultants/service engineers and generate a detailed modification plan to get it approved from Head Strategic Operations for execution.

Ensure that staff is properly using Personal Protective Equipment for personal safety and avoid injuries

Highly responsible for whole team coordination so that no delays, confusion and internal organizational politics occur

Conduct quarterly meetings for setting / reviewing / revising performance standards and KRAs of the direct reportees. As well as conduct time to time performance monitoring sessions (as & when required)
