Job Description

Managing Daily HR Tasks

Assists Asst Manager HR & Admin and Senior Manager HR & Admin

Resolving Employee Grievances

Preparing HR Presentations

General HR Tasks

Resolving internal customer queries

Managing Employee Leave Records

Maintain Employee Database

Know how of Payroll Management

Coordination with other departments regarding HR Issues

Job Postings and Conducting initial screening

Know how of final settlements

Any HR Related Task Assigned bby Asst. Manager HR & Admin or Sr. Manager HR & Admin

Job Specification

Must have hands on experience on MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Must have at least 2 Years of core HR Experience (Mandatory)

Experience in Telecom industry will be preferred

Candidate must have good personality and should be bold enough to interact with internal customers.

Job is based in companys HQ (Islamabad)
