Job Description

To develop and manage the data base of beneficiaries/clients
To conduct/implement/coordinate/facilitate research surveys, data entry and record maintenance
To prepare reports/publications and input for the web site development and image building of ASK Testing Service
To prepare testing service proposals for the prospective clients
To liaise/coordinate with stakeholders of concern and networking
To look after testing process flow chart to keep up quality, time and judicious resource utilization
To update and maintain program/organization websites, blogs, e-learning service
To develop battery of tests with multiple versions
To maintain the applications/relevant information of test applicants and issuing them the relevant information
To coordinate with IT staff at ASK development for the conduct of online testing
To develop brochures/leaflets, resource mobilization and image building material
To schedule and report on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
To work on developing data collection tools, collect data and prepare draft reports as and when so required
To perform additional duties as and when required by the Director Programs
