1. Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, robust and reliable Java code.
2. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
3. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs of existing and new projects.
4. Work with leading APIs or SDKs (CloudCaaS, RestComm, etc) to create or extend application functionalities.
5. To study and provide solution to clients and in-house requirements.
6. Work as a full stack developer from app designing all the way to development, testing, deployement, publishing and release management phases.
7. Design sensibility and UX knowledge is a plus. Experience with Android and IOS style guidelines.

1. Excellent debugging, optimization skills, backward compatibility support
2. Working experience with Firebase and other cloud services.
3. Ability to work in a team enviroment.
4. Strong Java/OOP skills.
5. Strong knowledge of Android & IOS SDK, different versions of Android & IOS, and how to deal with different screen sizes. Have published at least 3 to 5 commercial grade Android or IOS apps.
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android & IOS applications to back-end services.
7. Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
8. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
9. Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers.
10. Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks, like volley, faceAPI, Kendo UI etc
11. Ability to understand and elicit business requirements and translate them into technical requirements in SoW document, SRS document etc.
12. Ability to break down Project’s task into a WBS and correctly estimate timelines.
13. Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding multi project enviourment and meet strict timelines.
14. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications, both FCM and GCM.
15. Familiarity with version control (GIT or SVN).
