We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Personal Secretary to our General Manager. A young graduate with less than 1 year experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities as follows:
Proven work experience as a personal assistant/manager in a customs clearing company
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Word & Excel and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Intermediate Graduate (At least)
