Description
The Sales officer/trainees is responsible for achieving sales target, dealing with customers and carrying out necessary processes to complete a sale.
Responsible for customer handling.
Responsible for preparing quotations and payment receipts, and process the retail orders.
Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
Visit the clients’ sites for meeting and site verification.
Follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotations, execution and timely revision of orders.
Obtain customer feedback regarding our products and services.
Follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleaning.
Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department.
Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
Qualification:
An internet savvy professionals having at least graduation in hand (preferably business graduates).
Experience:
Fresh to 6 months of experience in direct client dealing, B2B sales, Customer realtionship management, retailing.
