Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• Identify opportunities that will lead to an increase in sales
• Sustain existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied with the services
• Predict sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
• Prospect for potential new clients
• Submit weekly progress reports
• Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff
Identification of customer needs & challenges, Motivation for sales, Sales planning, Market knowledge and Meeting sales goals.
