Coordinate with SLA customers on phone and on emails to resolve their complains. SLA Customers include UBL, BAF, Bank Islami, CAA, Wateen Telecom.
Acknowledgment of complains, status of complains, closing of complain, cost of repair and batteries are communicated with customers on emails & phones.
Coordination with all lab members regarding the complains.
Making of plan for visit to attend & resolve the complains.
Maintaining the complain log sheet's of all on going SLA's with Customer's.
Management of Batteries Stock of all labs & keeping its record.
Request of required batteries to commercial department when the stock remains limited.
Making of batteries disbursement plan according to batteries requirement of each lab & follow-up till the batteries delivery.
Making services quotations and follow-up for the approval (BAF, Bank Islami, & UBL) etc.
Generation of service forms for invoices of UBL, BAF, Sindh Bank, CAA. Bank Islami) etc.
Make the bunch of invoices (Islamabad & Peshawar) with FSRs and duly sign, stamped and dispatch to finance for payment.
Follow up with lab Team member's during installations like BAF & Sindh Bank Project.
Checking of batteries warranty status before replacement.
Making of warranty claims of UPS's & batteries (Islamabad Lab).
Meetings with customers for new opportunities (Islamabad Lab).
Close coordination with store regarding generation of invoices on time and batteries stock.
Coordination with finance department for the submission of invoices on time and remove any ambiguity.
Generation of monthly revenue report.
Generation of complains summary report. Generation of batteries utilization summary report.
Maintaining stock of backup UPS's.
Any other task assigned by the Team Lead
