We are looking for experienced graduates, having proven experience in FMCG Sales & Distribution (preferably in food industry):
To manage overall sales and operations of assigned bakery outlets of the company in an efficient and effective manner;
To work according to existing Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) of sales and operations;
To be responsible for efficient sales staff management, OJT of newly hired staff, and writing their performance evaluation reports as and when required on prescribed format;
To meet assigned sales targets, with a special focus on sales growth;
To constantly monitor market trends and competitor’s strategies with a view to get competitive advantage;
To effectively utilize customer profiling data to enhance sales growth, retain customers and maximize customer satisfaction;
To present weekly progress report on item-wise sales of bakery outlets, making comparisons with past, and forecasting sales for next week; and also present variance analysis for intelligent decision making at top management level;
To follow process for ordering of bakery and miscellaneous products, ensuring Just-In-Time (JIT) orders to minimize returns and wastage;
To manage shift duties of shop staff working at bakery outlets of the company through POS application leave roster;
To explore avenues for institutional sales by scheduling visits to nearby institutions, offices, hospitals, hotels and event managers and present a report on the results of such visits to the Business Manager;
To conduct routine and surprise checks of all assigned bakery outlets to monitor their performance and ensure implementation of prescribed SOPs of sales and operations;
To send weekly report on manpower strength to Business Manager and HRD in the prescribed format;
To rotate sales staff including BMs, Supervisors and Sales staff as and when required in coordination with HRD and in consultation with Business Manager;
To be responsible for overall cash reconciliation with actual sales, ordering system (over and under ordering), wastage percentage;
To do any other task assigned by Business Manager/ Director.
