SwiftTortoise is an incubator of several small business development ideas. We need a professional to manage the quickbooks for each of the entities. Please note the following. After setting up the Char of Accounts (which for the most part we will use Quickbook default) - there is very little work. We have VERY few transactions per week. We anticipate his to change as the business mature - which may be at the minimum six months. Once the number of transactions materially changes we will of course reset the retainer limit.
Please bid a monthly retainer for maximum of 15 hours PER month. The work can be done offsite - you have to come in once a month to review the monthly results BRIEFLY.
Please remember this is 7.5% of a month.when bidding. We place the min/max salary amount to draw you attention to he advert. DO NOT USE this as a basis for your retainer bid.
We do not need a CA, MBA , 10+ year experienced person. We certainly would welcome anyone with such credentials who is looking to be involved with some very interesting - potentially game changing ideas..

have knowledge of all Accounting
maintain company accounts on weekly basis.
Peachtree/Quickbooks book keeping.
Job Specification
- Must have a degree in Accounting, at least Bachelors
- Have sound knowledge of accounting in software Quickbooks
- Must possess excellent MS word, Excel skills.
- Candidate having experience in manufacturing and services business will be preferred.
