Job Description:

1. Planning, designing And Project Managing the Publication of All Publicity Material i.e magazines, brochures etc to Maximize Brand Promotion.
2. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
3. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments & official meetings.
4. Attend meetings and keep minutes.
5. Make travel arrangements for Group CEO & visit along , where necessary.
6. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
7. Manage and Host Marketing events.

Should Be Willing For Frequent International Traveling

Gender: Any

Experience: At Least 5 Years In Similar Capacity

Good Communication Skills, Time management skills , English Must (Written And Verbal)

Good Computer Skills, Well presentable.
