Job Description
- To attend customer complain on phone log properly
- To maintain and update the status of new installation of all region
- To co-ordinate between different departments ( stores, Technical, Logistics and Accounts) to solve customer problems
- To assign/ co ordinate with Manager operation for the deputation of Personnel to solve customer's complaints and follow up with the technical team for the completion of the job
- To update and maintain customer data base of complaints all regions ( Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad)
- Correspondence with customer regarding Complaints and installation
- To co-ordinate with customer regarding complaints and installation
- To co-ordinate/follow up with logistics for the delivery and collection of equipment.
Job Specification
- The candidate should be a computer literate, preferable graduate with technical background & Proficient with Microsoft is a must.
