Applicants will be working very closely with leading mobile operators in ensuring their VAS offerings are of a high standard. They will be expected to identify and give meaningful feedback on a variety of issues at various stages of the development cycle of a product, through aggressive and thorough testing (primarily white box, but in some cases grey box).
The nature of the VAS industry is such that the offerings made to the consumers are constantly evolving and being improved upon, and its growth goes hand-in-hand with the Telecommunication industry's own growth. To this end, applicants will ensure that services being offered are routinely monitored to ensure smooth functioning, and that the consumer, at any point in time, is recieving what they have been promised.
The services and products being tested will include mobile applications, SMS based services, and IVR (call) based services by all kinds of vendors across the VAS industry.
Applicants will be tracking bugs and issues via an in-house tracker, and may also assist in further development and refinement of the existing solution. Feedback of any kind is taken very seriously at PlanetBeyond.

Established Quality Assurance/Control professionals are welcome, but fresh graduates will also be evaluated on their merit and potential. In either case, where required, QA and basic UI/UX training will be provided and is a constant, ongoing process.
Technical background is recommended, but not required. Strong oral and communication skills are required. Applicant should be a teamplayer, and willing to engage with colleagues regularly in a written and spoken manner.
