To receive customer inquiries of products of all categories and immediately forward to Incharge BD
To respond and follow up sales enquiries.
To coordinate with the Proposals department for preparation and submission of proposals.
To track and report on the status of all proposals submitted & maintain active follow up with customers.
To obtain customer feedback through customer satisfaction surveys and submits survey report to Incharge BD.
To organize/compile content for promotional material including brochures, banners, pamphlets and website information, market related information search on web.
To prepare the written customer presentations & Business Development reports.
To support B.D Engineers in preparation of Pre qualification documents.
To involve/support in preparation of Proposals Follow up Report, tenders in process report and other tender related documents FSD Region.
To prepared weekly progress follow up inquires / tender report
