• Technical Writing experience at a software house, and/or an extensive freelance writing portfolio.
• Ability to write clearly, including publishing level grammar and software writing conventions.
• Ability to understand intricate concepts, examine them as an end user (not as a developer or SQE), and document them in a user-friendly multimedia output (text, images, videos, etc.).
• Ability to grasp and illustrate newest innovation in software technology.
• Ability to interact with SMEs: Requirement gatherings, interviews/trainings, follow up, and adapt to multiple feedback loops.
• Technical Writing Tools (for example: MS Office, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, other image and video editors, etc.).
• Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions.
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
• Create, update, review and deliver technical user documentation required to support Cure MD projects and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the client work flows, requirements and application design.
• Plan and schedule documentation delivery within timelines established by our product upgrade schedule.

• Bachelors or Masters.
• Familiarity/fluency with technology.
• Ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts to gather technical information.
• Must have the ability to convert discussions into reports & documentation.
• Imagination.
• Teamwork.
• Must have excellent grammar & proofreading skills.
• Writing skills.
