Main responsibility will be to liaison with the customers and tailors to manage the orders, timely delivery and after sale customer liaison and follow-up. This entails checking the workmanship and quality of Made to Measure items and ensuring deliveries matching to the specification.
Key Responsibilities includes
- Facilitate the Tailoring Made to Measure management process
- Monitoring the bookings, trials and delivery
- Ensuring satisfaction of customers, replying to queries and coordination work
- Assist in sorting out any Quality issues arising at the time of trials, delivery or alterations
- Daily management of total bookings by outlets, tracking stock inventory and following up customers to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct monthly demand planning to determine the volumes and timely update the management on the capacity planning
- Liaison with Finance department in day to day collection and matching of pending receivable amounts

Have at least 1-2 years of proven work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Understand the technical complexities of the Made to Measure fabric tailoring business, experience within Large Tailoring environment and knowledge of any Order Management System would be a plus
