Main responsibility will be to manage the POS and Tailor ordering System on the cash counter in a professional manner, providing prompt and efficient service to customers, manage cash and card payments and prepare closing day end summaries.
Key Responsibilities includes
- Create Sales order in POS system
- Create Bookings and Customer Deliveries in Tailor Order Entry System
- Exhibit a positive, friendly & helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs
- Reply to customer queries in person or on phones, suggest alternative and/or additional items related to the customer’s order
- Receive payment in cash or through credit cards and manage the Till
- Maintain counter area displays in an orderly and attractive manner
- Support sales staff in their queries relating to stock
- Prepare Transfers and Receive stock
- Prepare day end summaries and liaise with Finance and Operations for all queries
- Complete all tasks assigned by the Floor / Outlet Manager
- Maintain attendance with punctuality
Have at least 1-2 years of proven work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience within Fabric business environment and knowledge of any Point of Sale System would be a plus
