• Candidate should have senior level design portfolio, resume/cv and cover letter.
• Concept, create, design, and defend your work across all channels and media.
• Collaborate seamlessly with writers, experienced designers, and development teams to ensure the strongest possible best-of-breed solutions, as well as senior team members to execute on previously established directions.
• Design responsive websites, landing pages, mobile experiences, apps, digital display, online banners, traditional print, direct marketing, posters, and out-of-home.
• Stay consistently relevant and up-to-date on all design, development and marketing trends.
• Have outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up.
• Have a passion for stunning, smart, contemporary design.
• Ability to take and implement feedback.
• Strong strategic and conceptual skills.
• Solid communication and collaborative skills, you know what it means to be part of a team.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and change gears when needed.
• Strong knowledge of digital (websites, mobile, apps) and traditional (print, OOH, branding) media.
• Proficiency in Google Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign).
• Proficiency in ensuring files and projects are production-ready.
• Ability to maintain and meet client deadlines.
• Ability to code, animate, and edit a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / English / Marketing with formal design/development and/or marketing training.
• 2-5 years of experience in appropriate fields and a strong design portfolio
