The consultant’s role comprises of a wide variety of duties and tasks and requires them to have a proactive and flexible approach to work. The following tasks define the main elements of the role that may be required on a daily basis:
To investigate, establish and document on a RAS business requirements
To configure SAP Business One to meet agreed requirements
Gather and define the detailed functional requirements; deftly prepare business blue prints and related documentations
Meticulously identify RAS Requirements and mapped Critical Business Process
Prepare, implement and test plans including Unit Testing, Functional testing and Integration testing
Responsible for Setups Configuration, Gathering Master Data, Preparation master data templates & uploading data by using DTW tool
Responsible for User Trainings, Issue Log Clearing, post Go Live support, functional troubleshooting
To manage integration to external systems, including Add-On systems
To train the RAS Employees in use of SAP Business One
Manage overall project activities from functional point of view
Full end-to-end SAP B1 implementation experience
ERP Implementation Experience – History of delivering complete ERP systems at a skilled level or client side implementation exposure.
Good understanding of the full lifecycle implementation of SAP B1- right from the conception stage to go-live and support activity
Excellent communication skills - Need excellent questioning and listening skills to be able to investigate and understand RAS real business needs.
Good team player, Strong team orientation & leadership qualities, hardworking and enthusiastic
Problem Solving - Need to demonstrate that they are flexible and persistent in their approach to work and have a logical problem solving method of completing tasks.
Technical skills - An understanding of how business systems should operate to support RAS business model.
Have core SAP Modules knowledge in the areas of Sales, Purchase Finance, Inventory Reporting tools like Crystal Reports, XL Reporter
Strong analytical and problem solving skills suitable for requirement gathering, process design, development & implementation
Office skills – In depth knowledge of MS Office applications.
