- Inbound and Outbound calls
- Follow up on customer complaints
- Updates the client database, comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Completes call logs and call reports as necessary and updates them in the database.
- Previous VTS experience will be a plus point.
Good computer literacy.
Good knowledge of E-Maps (Google, OSM, etc).
