Job Description

We are excited to share that TechAdwiser marketing team is currently seeking a Lead Generation Specialist/Sales Representative to join our growing Business Development department. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
  • Researching the market and identifying corporate prospects
  • Initial Prospect Contact :Contacting leads and determining interest level, technical readiness and budget availability
  • Setting Up Appointments : After initial introduction, set up meetings and doing calls to UK,US and Australian clients
  • Reporting on a day-to-day lead generation activities
  • Conduct research to develop target client lists and determines which accounts to pursue by narrowing the list
  • Identifies and engages key decision makers with prospective clients
  • Develop a valid business reason for each prospect when introducing TechAdwiser products and services
  • Follow up with prospective leads on a regular basis; pursues making a connecting with a persistent approach
  • Make a connection with as many prospects as possible (setting a phone or in-person appointment
  • Record data regularly to ensure that all communications are logged, the information is accurate and related documents are attached

Job Specification

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • 3 - 4 years of related work experience
  • Strong telephone prospecting and consultative selling skills
  • Must be adept at demonstrating and selling intangible and technology-based solutions
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales quotas in a Business to Business market
  • Strong need identification and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship building / managing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proven experience of sales and quota achievement
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred by the company
