Responsibilities
Monitor and submit daily, weekly & monthly Inventory report on time.
Ensure all data entry on stock count are verified, reconciled and updated accordingly for all respective locations.
Coordinate and monitor annual stock take, monthly stock take and daily cycle count activities.
Maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement.
Analyze, identify causes of problems associated with inventory movement, proposed solutions, communicate & consult to senior management on improvement activities
To control the inventory related documentation.
Requirement
Minimum Graduation.
Preferable with 3 years of related experience in handling inventory.
Computer literate and strong in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and analytical skills
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
