Here Are Some Ways You’ll Make An Impact
- You’ll identify and define SEO best practices, understand current SEO trends, and drive those initiatives.
- You’ll develop, prioritize, and oversee the execution of our technical SEO roadmap alongside dedicated engineers.
- You’ll run tons of SEO AB tests, evaluate experiment results and push forward next steps at a rigorous pace.
- You’ll define and regularly monitor KPIs, success metrics, and other analytics to gauge SEO health.
- You’ll monitor and report daily SEO metrics to understand organic search performance and investigate irregularities in performance.
- You’ll identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmarking Course Hero’s performance against competitors.
- You’ll enhance internal linking structures to maximize rankings across our keyword portfolio.
- You’ll collaborate with our analytics team and use data-driven approaches to help guide your decisions and continuously improve our SEO health
The SEO Manager Is Responsible For
- Strategy, building and management of all SEO programs.
- Achieving performance goals of our clients through onsite technical SEO and offsite link-building
- Completing SEO audits for new clients and contributing to our search proposals
- Tracking and reporting on performance
- Being our agency's key point for SEO
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SEO experience
- A background showing the ability to find creative solutions to achieve SEO success
- A strong understanding of technical SEO, link-building, keyword research and other related skills
- Ability to work at an early-stage company with close team interaction
