Job Description
Incumbent will be expected to spearhead an upcoming online retailing/e-commerce business that will be dealing with customized home décor and gift items, primarily targeted at consumer from age 16 to 35.
Main activities to be performed are:
· Comprehensive business planning including marketing, sales, operations and HR
· Willing to hold profit and loss responsibilityof the business
· Strong leadership skills to build and manage the team
· Content management for e-commerce website and social media
· Coordination with production, top management and suppliers
· Managing creatives and photography
· Coordination with website designers
· Help top management with product-line decisions, formulation and implementation of marketing strategy

Business Graduate with a degree from a recognized business school and having at least 2 years of experience in similar position. It is particularly important that the candidate has knowledge of following:
- Managing digital marketing including e-commerce and mobile
- Social media marketing management
- Understanding of analytics and digital marketing trends
