• Report to CEO, ODC Director, Director Karachi Office & Senior HR
• Help VeriPark develop capability locally and internationally
• Review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager
• Ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s)
• Develop a pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills
• Identify sourcing and uncovering candidates
• Screen the competence of candidates against a technical job description
• Meet candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc. to assess their qualifications
• Schedule technical tests and interviews of shortlisted candidates
• Manage databank, hiring pipeline sheets
• Analyze & propose alternate methods of capability developmet
• Follow up while keeping candidates in the loop
