Job Description

  • To implement, execute, manage, and entertain all post-sales issues arising in the products of Data and Communication groups provided to customers.
  • To propose, pursue, and manage Projects and Services work related to the Data and Communication and domain to customers. This includes active and passive elements.
  • Support and provide technical inputs in Solution designing to PMD staff, if and when needed.
  • Perform installation and commissioning of different equipment as per agreed terms and conditions with the customers.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and to resolve them in the shortest possible time by diagnosing and troubleshooting.
  • Provide after sales support to customers related to products/services’ issues and complaints.
  • Coordinate activities with the manufacturers and suppliers for the commissioning and configuration of different equipment.
  • Hold regular meetings as and when required with customers for all post-sales tasks, e.g. installation, commissioning, and solution implementation.
  • Monitor, manage, and supervise the activities of Sub-Contractor.
  • Maintain close working relation with suppliers.
  • To give demos and presentations of products to customers as and when required by the company.
  • Ensure inter-departmental coordination for execution of projects and services activities.
  • Coordination with sales and commercial team for project details.
  • Prepare time lines to execute different project activities within the given time frame.
  • Submission of project plan and implementation reports to management on all on-going activities.
  • To work as per Quality & HSE Standards.
  • To complete the special tasks assigned by supervisor/TL/Manager.
  • To be the integral part of all the phases of projects & team’s capacity building.
  • Close coordination and monitoring on daily basis and regular reporting to customers for assigned tasks.
