• Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on Freelance portals & Social Media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Arranging business meetings and following up leads.
• Understanding customers’ specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
• Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible
• Developing effective sales plans utilising sales methodology
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  

Minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience
Advanced understanding of IT business processes, support, and technology outsourcing preferred
Strong time management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
