• Open accounts with new distributors/suppliers based in USA, UK and Europe and apply for credit limit.
• Get brand authorization/partnership for different brands.
• Create and maintain good relationships with distributors/suppliers.Forecast/predict the inventory needs and ensure the timely availability of products.
• Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
• Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI.
• Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environmentMaintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time.
• Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of products.Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.

• Best use of MS OFFICE.
• Good communication Skills in English language
