Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
Administer the compensation program; monitor the performance evaluation program and suggest management for any revision needed in the system
Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, getting invoices approved for the payment and communicating benefits information to employees
Conducts recruitment effort for new and replacement positions; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program; maintenance of job description and writes and places advertisements
Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
Perform separation procedure for all the employees being separated
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization and conducting employee motivational activities
