Business Development Officer

• Responsible for identifying new sales leads category wise.
• Conducts market research to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Cold calls customers within the target market to ensure robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Manages customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
• Responds to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
• Develops business proposals for new and existing customers.
• Develops comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the industry.
• Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events for more business development opportunities.

• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales / marketing
• Comprehensive knowledge about the market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Skills of persuasion
• Ability to travel to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
