Job Description

  • Responsible to manage accessories required as per the customer order and maintain its record in excel sheet for proper follow up.
  • Responsible to enter purchase orders in ERP system received from the merchandisers.
  • Responsible to enter required accessories details in ERP system and get follow up with purchase department and suppliers as well, if required.
  • Responsible to make tentative gate pass in ERP system against P.O received from merchandiser.
  • Responsible to take follow up with purchase department or directly with vendors, if required.
  • Responsible to submit gate passes and accessories reports to merchandiser on daily basis.
  • Responsible to reserve shipment of goods in logistics service and make invoices of the same.
  • Responsible to reply to the queries of customers in absence of merchandiser.
  • Any other responsibilities given by the head of department related to his job.

Job Specification

  • Excellent communication skill (verbal / written).
  • Good knowelge of textile merchandising.
  • Good Analytical Skill.
  • Good command on Micosoft Excel, Word and powerpoint.
  • Proactive and able to work with no supervision.
  • SAP knowlege is plus.
