Job Purpose:
The role is primarily responsible for supporting the payroll team for processing of monthly payroll, final settlements and management of payroll records.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing for outsourced employees
- Final Settlements
- Payroll Records & Query Resolution
- Coordination with Client Relation teams & Accounts for payroll preparation & disbursement
Key Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office particulary excel (Intermediate to advance level)
- Knowledge of payroll management process with relevant experience
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
