Part of the team for OPD/ IPD Health Insurance Claims. The employee will be engaged with Health insurance relationship officer in terms of claims sending/receiving, enrollment of new employee with dependent(s) and deletions if any.
Part of the team to prepare Offer Letters of new hiring and keeping track of signed offer letters and EHF (Employment History Forms & Verification of Academic credential)
Part of the team to prepare Promotion & Salary increment letters as well as confirmation letters for Trainee’s.
Part of the team to prepare HR Staffing report on monthly basis.
Part of them team to make Employee Files periodically & updating them on regularly basis.
Ensure recruitment practices are carried out consistently under supervision of Manager.
Part of the team for hiring process Interviews, Recruitment, Selection
Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Visio will be a plus.
