As an HR trainee, your role will involve gaining experience of all aspects of HR, also known as human resources and personnel. You will work with a view to progressing to officer level, where you will be given responsibility for a full portfolio of departments.
The Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Human Resources Manager with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, employee benefits, and volunteerintern programs. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical.
