Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Responds to customer web inquires regarding online merchandise or service orders.
- Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
- Documents customer problems and inputs in ticketing system.
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
- May require a bachelor's degree.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
- Work is closely managed.
