We are looking for experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) and Business Development Officer (BDO). An ideal candidate must have proven experience in business development through the bidding (up work etc) and also through digital marketing (cold emailing etc).
Responsible for acquiring business through different channels (UpWork, Freelancer, etc.) for web design and development, mobile application development, digital marketing projects etc
Managing our current Upwork profile
Performing pre-sales and post-sales activities i.e, answering pre-sales questions, requirements gathering and project coordination
Writing and customizing proposals
Closing sales and negotiating agreements including terms and conditions
Reporting to Management
Occasional communication with old clients
Meet and ideally exceed monthly targets to earn bonuses
You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
