Job Description

Windows OS Installation

Office Application Installation (Customised Company standard Build)

Basic PC Troubleshooting and software/Service Pack Upgrades

Antivirus Installation, Scanning, Updating and rectification of errors/issues

Domain Policy enforcement

SAP Deployment and configuration

Enterprise mobile email activation

End User Support in IT related matters

Account Creation/Deletion (From Global Support Team, after getting approved forms from the user)

Follow up (Global Support team) for account creation and ensure account are created as per company Polices

System Access (Desktop/laptop)

Educate user How to Reset Password

Emails Access & Internet access

Troubleshoot and resolve issues of remote locations via net meeting

Creating data backups & training for users

Daily Backup of Server at remote location

IT Fixed Assets & other inventory management

EHS compliant on all IT hardware & cables.

Quarterly Implementation of IT Hardware Maintenance programs across the Company

VPN/Junos creation and configuration for laptop users

Deployment of Data encryption software for laptop users, to ensure data security, in case device is lost/theft.

Booking and assisting users to setup a Telepresence meeting in Cisco Tele-Presence Management Portal. Hand & Feet support for Cisco NOC for diagnosing and troubleshooting the issues.

Skype for Business Meeting’s Support

Facilitate user to create meeting on Skype for business

Assisting user in joining and hosting a meeting/Teleconference

Facilitating and training users regarding Video Conference facility across sites.

Ensuring smooth run of IT Equipment (Multimedia, Polycom, Sound device) in all meeting rooms

Managing record for User Account Creation (System Login, Email Access, Internet Access, SAP Access)

Ensuring the smooth run of Internet facility across sites and coordination with vendors (ISP), in case of any issue

Supporting Warehouse management system on ECC6

ECC6 Printing on Zebra Printers

ECC6 LAN configuration

Connectivity of PDAs and troubleshooting as required

ECC6 WAN Monitoring

Job Specification

ITIL Trained,

Training in MCSE ,

Training in CCNA

Good verbal and written skills in english language

Flexible to work even after office hours when there is business requirement

Willing to relocate to Jhelum, Nowshera KPK, Rawalpindi

May work in 2nd shift from 2:00 to 10:00 PM with equal ease
