Job Description

  • Installs and removes software from computer systems and networks.
  • Have the strong knowledge to maintain and update the websites, social medias.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with computers, information systems, servers, and networks.
  • Plans, designs, and implements and administer user networks for organization.
  • Provide technical support services via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Ensures that all hardware and software work properly, assembling hardware and installing or deleting software.
  • Support the management team to ensure timely and accurate troubleshooting of computer equipment ensuring that it runs correctly and recovers and lost or accidently deleted data when possible.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Continuous Quality Improvement of data collection methods and analysis for efficiency and process streamlining purposes
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, staff training programs, supervisory sessions, and accept the responsibility for aiding the development of positive team relationships as requested.
  • Adhere to organizational policy, procedures and the professional code of ethics.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Job Specification

  • Stron knowledge of website making, maintainance and updating.
  • Able to handle and update the social media.
  • Experience working in Social Services Sector either Government or Non-Profit
  • Possess Exceptional Problem Solving Skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and ability to develop processes to improve workflow
  • Ability to pay attention to details and multi-task effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with strong sense of focus, task-oriented, nonjudgmental, open personal qualities, clear sense of boundaries
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written in English.
