Develop life skills training module for training of trainers (TOT).
To lead on life skills training events and networking meetings and communication with donors.
Responsible for communication with educational institutions and other organisations.
Writing of analytical feedback and evaluation reports.
Prepare feasibility reports for future BLST schools.
Develop training Programs and training Materials
Arrange and conduct trainings at various Partner Institutes.
Prepare reports of the trainings conducted.
Asses the impacts of the trainings conducted.
Represent the organization on different forums.
Conduct awareness and counseling sessions.
Experience of Social and development sector as trainer
Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs and cloud computing.
Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Urdu languages.
Can demonstrate innovative life skills presentation and training activities techniques.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy within all aspects of work.
Excellent level of interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
High-level planning, multi-tasking and time management skills.
A high degree of personal initiative, enthusiasm for the work, strong organisational skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision in a multi-cultural environment.
