• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience or knowledge of Cloud/SaaS Products would be a plus
• Expertise of Data Mining would be a plus
