Maintaining HR record for all employee related issues.
Preparing and issuing all HR relevant letters/documents/certificates to employees in consultation with the organization's management
Facilitating new employees with completing HR formalities and providing a thorough orientation of the system
Managing the full and final settlement of employees on HR part
Assisting to Asst Manager in payroll processing.
Maintain employee leaves & Attendance record daily basis.
