OFFICE TIMING : (1pm to 09pm)
Manages and supports all HR Strategy, Operations and Processes, including Employee Data, HRIS, Personnel Files, HR Reporting, Benefits Reconciliation, Leave Management, Mobilization/Demobilization, Recruiting and On boarding, Training, Communications, Career Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning and HR Metrics.
Management of employee relations investigations, actively integrating with corporate legal HR, and ethics entities.
Must be graduated in BBA Hons (HRM) or MBA(HRM)
Candidate having work experience in software house will be given preference.
Must have more than 2 Years working experience in HR.
Must be Confident have good Negotiation and Communication skills.
Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows
Effective oral and written communication skills
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Strong communication skill & must be computer literate.
