Production Officer

1. To liaison with Administration, Engineering, Quality Control and Materials department in his shift for proper execution of scheduled production.
2. To practically engage himself in managing Production Activities.
3. To make routine checks of all the Production Lines and ensure that records are properly filled and signed.
4. To ensure that all the activities complies with GMP Standards.
5. To ensure cleaning of machines is done regularly and records are maintained in co-ordination with concern officer.
6. Responsible to monitoring and maintain calibration of equipment and log books of all production lines and report to APM .
7. Responsible to prepare and submit daily production report of semisolid section to APM.
8. To suggest ways and means to control wastage of materials.
9. Responsible to monitor and control yield losses.
10. To ensure records are maintained in co-ordination with QA officer.
11. To maintain labor standard and ensure that when ever there is a variation beyond responsible limit proper
12. The maintain deception and cleanliness in the department.

13. To do any other job, which may be assigned from time to time by APM.

• Skilled in production operational activities.
• Self motivated and willing to take the responsibilities on own shoulder.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of reasoning and thinking through problems and be able to independently and jointly
  develop desired solutions.
