H.R & Admin Executive

• Should have good knowledge on H.R Functions Specially PMS (performance Management System) and basic knowledge of (O.D , T&D, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment,)
• Should have prior experience in manufacturing concern and must know basics about how to deal with labour , their issues and have prior experience of labour management of basic level)
• Prior experience in Payroll, Attendance , EOBI, Social Security and recruitment is required. (Basic Level)
• Should be ok with Plant location at kahna and should have no concern in handling administrative task e.g (Mess area supervision, Labour supervision , Overtime handling of labour, attendance management of labour) etc
• Should have ISO understanding QMS (9001), EMS(14001) and OHSAS (18001)

• Strong administration skills.
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office.
• A high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The flexibility and willingness to learn
