To support the team in delievering the Outlets annual Sales Budgets and bussiness plan.
Ensure the daily organization and control of the customer care and sales team roster plans including the
scheduling of lunch , tea break , the planning, delegation and completion of required tasks with agreed time frame.
Attend all appropriate store, company meetings and training as and when required.
Maintain store staff , job results by coaching, counselling, discipline , planning, monitoring and aising job results.
Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws.
Evaluate the job performance.
Ensure to maintain and keep up to date staff information and communication boards.
Maintain professionals and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops , reviewing professional publications , establishing personal networks , participating professional societies.
Identify training needs for staff and ensure that all are suitably trained in all procedures and processes.
Responsible in the performance management of the team including dealing with minor performance and behavior issues according to company guidelines and procedures on the subject.
To support the team to achieve the daily , weekly and monthly targets.
Ensure to complete stock checks and to provide support in subsequent investigations as may be necessary.
Ensure that all procdures is being followed by the team in ordering and processing of stocks and paper work

To paticipate in store audits and assist in the implementation of recommended actions to ensure the store reaches the required rating standards.
Ensure that visual merchandizing standards are achieved and that all products are displayed in accordance with company policy.
To acquire a good working knowledge of the range of products stocked & drive sales in accordance with all company resourses.
Ensure employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a postion to understand service requirements.
Ensure customers complaints are dealt with in accordance with company policy.

Must check the incoming stock for Bar Code and Soft Tags
Ensure the receipt and delivery of stock under the video coverage
